New Residential Townhomes Coming to West End

GW Parkside is bringing 23 new for-sale townhomes to the West End, located across from Gordon-White Park and along the BeltLine’s Westside Trail. Each three-bedroom home will span about 2,000 square feet and feature rooftop decks, two-car garages, and modern finishes designed for intown buyers.

Ackerman & Co., the developer behind the nearby Lee + White project, is leading the build. The community will also include a fenced dog park and internal streets positioned for green space views. Construction is underway, with the first 13 units expected to deliver in spring 2026.
